People seek individual therapy for a wide variety of reasons. Some are struggling with behavioral or anger management issues. Some are challenged by traumatic events that are negatively impacting their lives. Others are dealing with food or substance addictions. Still others seeks a better understanding of their own thoughts and actions in order to enable them to make more positive decisions for their personal and professional success.   

Dr. Warren provides a safe, nurturing, non-judgmental, and confidential environment, allowing patients to explore their feelings and behaviors. Through one-on-one counseling, individuals can learn to identify the triggers for suffering and self-defeating behaviors, develop skills and tools that enable them to understand and master their challenges, and ultimately to create positive change in their lives.

Individual therapy can be stand-alone counseling or can be a component to a couple, family, or group therapy plan.
